Corn Soufflé

Ingredients
- 1 box corn bread mix
- 2 tablespoons butter (29.6 ml)
- 4 egg whites or 2 whole eggs
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt (118 ml)
- 1 can cream corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients.
- Pour into baking dish.
- Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
Wine Pairing: Light White (Chenin Blanc) — Off-dry Chenin Blanc complements the sweet corn.
