Ingredients
- 45ml vodka (1 1/2 oz)
- 22ml fresh lemon juice (3/4 oz)
- 22ml honey syrup (3/4 oz)
- 15ml spiced pear liqueur (1/2 oz)
- Chilled Champagne or sparkling wine, to top
- Ice, for shaking
- Garnish: flamed lemon peel and a sage leaf
Instructions
- Combine vodka, lemon juice, honey syrup, and spiced pear liqueur in a shaker with ice.
- Shake until well-chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
- Top with Champagne.
- Express a lemon peel over a flame and drop in. Garnish with a sage leaf.
