Shish Kebab Marinade

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup soy sauce (177 ml)
- 2/3 cup olive oil (158 ml)
- 1/4-1/3 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce (9.9 ml)
- 2 Tbsp white wine vinegar (29.6 ml)
- 1/4 cup lemon juice (59.1 ml)
- 1 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg (7.4 ml)
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cardamom (7.4 ml)
- 1 tsp allspice (4.9 ml)
- 1 tsp paprika (4.9 ml)
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 Tbsp yellow mustard (14.8 ml)
- 2 tsp freshly ground black pepper (9.9 ml)
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon (4.9 ml)
- 1/4 cup water (59.1 ml)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.\n2. Marinate meat in the mixture for at least 2 hours before grilling.
