Prosciutto-Wrapped Asparagus

Ingredients
- 1 pound asparagus spears, tough ends trimmed (454 g)
- 3 ounces prosciutto, thinly sliced lengthwise (85.0 g)
- 3 ounces spreadable herb cheese or goat cheese (such as Boursin) (85.0 g)
- Olive oil, for brushing (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).\n2. Spread a thin layer of cheese on each prosciutto slice. Lay one asparagus spear diagonally on one end of the prosciutto. Roll up, leaving the tips exposed. Repeat with the remaining asparagus and prosciutto.\n3. Arrange wrapped asparagus on a baking sheet. Lightly brush with olive oil, if desired.\n4. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and prosciutto is slightly crisped. Alternatively, broil for 1-2 minutes for crispier prosciutto. Serve warm.
