Garlic Butter Naan

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour (473 ml)
- 3/4 tsp baking powder (3.7 ml)
- 1/2 tsp baking soda (2.5 ml)
- 1/2 tsp salt (2.5 ml)
- 1/2 cup warm milk (118 ml)
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt (118 ml)
- 1 tsp honey (4.9 ml)
- Canola or vegetable oil (for brushing)
- 4 tbsp salted butter (59.1 ml)
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- Fresh chopped parsley (for sprinkling)
Instructions
- Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Whisk milk, yogurt, and honey in another bowl; combine with dry ingredients to form dough.
- Place dough in oiled bowl, cover, and rest 1.5–2 hours.
- Knead lightly, divide into 8 balls, roll into ovals.
- Heat cast iron skillet; brush with oil. Cook each naan 2 minutes until bubbling, flip and cook 1–2 minutes more.
- Melt butter, stir in garlic, brush naan, sprinkle with parsley.
