Ingredients
- Beef ribs
- Yellow mustard (overnight)
- Dry rub: 2/3 brown sugar, 1/3 Montreal seasoning
- BBQ sauce (to suit)
Instructions
- Coat ribs with yellow mustard overnight.
- Apply dry rub (2/3 brown sugar, 1/3 Montreal seasoning).
- Cook at 300°F for 2 hours total.
- Cook 1.5 hours bone down, then 0.5 hours meat down.
- Finish with BBQ sauce to taste.
Wine Pairing: Bold Red (Zinfandel) — BBQ ribs pair well with Zinfandel.
