Ingredients

  • Beef ribs
  • Yellow mustard (overnight)
  • Dry rub: 2/3 brown sugar, 1/3 Montreal seasoning
  • BBQ sauce (to suit)

Instructions

  1. Coat ribs with yellow mustard overnight.
  2. Apply dry rub (2/3 brown sugar, 1/3 Montreal seasoning).
  3. Cook at 300°F for 2 hours total.
  4. Cook 1.5 hours bone down, then 0.5 hours meat down.
  5. Finish with BBQ sauce to taste.
