Rosemary Gimlet
Ingredients
- 2 oz gin (e.g. Hendrick's)
- 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
- 3/4 oz rosemary simple syrup
- Garnish: rosemary sprig
Instructions
- Shake gin, lime juice and rosemary simple syrup with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe. (At Peche they douse a sprig of rosemary with green Chartreuse and set it on fire for garnish.)
