Rosé Cooler
Ingredients
- 4 oz dry to demi-sec rosé
- 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
- 2 oz soda water
- 4 thyme sprigs
- Crème de cassis (optional)
Instructions
- Build rosé, lime juice and optional crème de cassis over ice with the thyme sprigs. Top with soda water and stir gently.
