Rosé Cooler

Ingredients

  • 4 oz dry to demi-sec rosé
  • 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
  • 2 oz soda water
  • 4 thyme sprigs
  • Crème de cassis (optional)

Instructions

  1. Build rosé, lime juice and optional crème de cassis over ice with the thyme sprigs. Top with soda water and stir gently.
