Ingredients

  • 30ml gin (1 oz)
  • 30ml Pimm's No. 1 (1 oz)
  • 30ml fresh lemon juice (1 oz)
  • 15ml Luxardo Amaretto (1/2 oz)
  • 15ml Fever-Tree tonic water (1/2 oz)
  • 1 dash cranberry bitters
  • Ice, for shaking

Instructions

  1. Combine gin, Pimm's, lemon juice, Luxardo Amaretto, and cranberry bitters in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake until well-chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
  4. Top with Fever-Tree tonic.
