Naked & Famous
Ingredients
- 3/4 oz Aperol
- 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
- 3/4 oz mezcal or tequila
- 3/4 oz Yellow Chartreuse, Strega, or Dolin Génépy
- Garnish: lime wheel
Instructions
- Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a lime wheel.
Big batch (serves 8): 6 oz Aperol, 6 oz lime juice, 6 oz Yellow Chartreuse, 5 1/4 oz ice cold water, 4 oz mezcal and 4 oz reposado tequila.
