Gin & Tonic

Ingredients

  • 60ml London dry gin (2 oz)
  • 120ml chilled premium tonic water, such as Fever-Tree (4 oz)
  • Ice, plenty
  • Garnish: lime wedge or lemon slice

Instructions

  1. Fill a highball or large gin glass (copa) with plenty of ice.
  2. Pour in the gin.
  3. Top with chilled tonic water — pour down a bar spoon to preserve the bubbles.
  4. Gently stir once to combine.
  5. Squeeze and drop in a lime wedge, or add a lemon slice.
