Gin & Tonic

Ingredients
- 60ml London dry gin (2 oz)
- 120ml chilled premium tonic water, such as Fever-Tree (4 oz)
- Ice, plenty
- Garnish: lime wedge or lemon slice
Instructions
- Fill a highball or large gin glass (copa) with plenty of ice.
- Pour in the gin.
- Top with chilled tonic water — pour down a bar spoon to preserve the bubbles.
- Gently stir once to combine.
- Squeeze and drop in a lime wedge, or add a lemon slice.
