Gin & Brusco
Ingredients
- 1 oz gin (Hayman's Old Tom)
- 1 oz Cocchi Americano
- 0.5 oz rosemary syrup (simple syrup infused with rosemary)
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 0.75 oz Lambrusco
- 1 dash Bittermens Hellfire bitters
Instructions
- Shake gin, Cocchi Americano, rosemary syrup, lemon juice and bitters with ice. Strain into a glass and float the Lambrusco on top.
