Gin & Brusco

Ingredients

  • 1 oz gin (Hayman's Old Tom)
  • 1 oz Cocchi Americano
  • 0.5 oz rosemary syrup (simple syrup infused with rosemary)
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 0.75 oz Lambrusco
  • 1 dash Bittermens Hellfire bitters

Instructions

  1. Shake gin, Cocchi Americano, rosemary syrup, lemon juice and bitters with ice. Strain into a glass and float the Lambrusco on top.
