Espresso Martini

Ingredients
- 45ml vodka (1 1/2 oz)
- 45ml freshly pulled espresso, cooled (1 1/2 oz)
- 30ml Baileys Irish Cream (1 oz)
- 15ml coffee liqueur, such as Carolans or Kahlúa (1/2 oz)
- 2ml simple syrup (1/2 tsp)
- Ice, for shaking
- Garnish: 3 coffee beans
Instructions
- Combine vodka, espresso, Baileys, coffee liqueur, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
- Shake hard for 15 seconds until a thick foam forms.
- Double-strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass.
- Float 3 coffee beans on top as garnish.
