Chocolate Espresso Martini

Ingredients
- 1 ounce vodka
- 1 ounce coffee liqueur
- ½ ounce fresh espresso, room temperature
- ½ ounce caffè espresso liqueur (such as Borghetti di Vero Caffè Espresso)
- ½ ounce whole milk
- ¾ ounce chocolate syrup, divided
- Chocolate curls, for garnish
- Unsweetened cocoa powder, for garnish
Instructions
- 1. Spread 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup onto a small plate. Roll the rim of a coupe glass in syrup until evenly coated and set aside.
- 2. Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add vodka, coffee liqueur, fresh espresso, espresso liqueur, milk, and remaining ½ tablespoon of chocolate syrup. Cover and shake vigorously until well chilled and frothy, about 30 seconds.
- 3. Strain through cocktail strainer into prepared coupe glass. Dust lightly with cocoa powder and garnish with chocolate curls. Serve immediately.
An intense winter variation of the classic Espresso Martini, enhanced with chocolate syrup and dual coffee liqueurs. The chocolate rim adds visual appeal and extra sweetness. Best served immediately while frothy.
