Ingredients

  • 0.75 oz Aperol
  • 0.75 oz Cocchi Rosa
  • 0.50 oz lemon juice
  • 3 dashes orange bitters
  • 2 to 2.5 oz Prosecco, to top

Instructions

  1. Build Aperol, Cocchi Rosa, lemon juice and orange bitters over ice. Top with Prosecco.
