Moyer's Salsa

Ingredients

  • 8-12 large tomatoes, chopped manually
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1/4 cup sea salt (59.1 ml)
  • 6 green peppers
  • 6 cayenne peppers
  • 4 cups onions (946 ml)
  • 6 jalapeño peppers
  • 2 habanero peppers
  • 1 bulb garlic
  • 1 1/2 cups vinegar (355 ml)
  • 1 cup sugar (237 ml)
  • 1 (12-oz) can tomato paste
  • 1 (15-oz) can tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. Chop tomatoes manually. Pulse peppers, onions, garlic in food processor.
  2. Combine all; sit overnight. Drain.
  3. Boil vinegar and sugar. Add tomato mix, tomato paste, and tomato sauce. Bring to boil.
  4. Pour into hot jars, seal.
