Moyer's Salsa

Ingredients
- 8-12 large tomatoes, chopped manually
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1/4 cup sea salt (59.1 ml)
- 6 green peppers
- 6 cayenne peppers
- 4 cups onions (946 ml)
- 6 jalapeño peppers
- 2 habanero peppers
- 1 bulb garlic
- 1 1/2 cups vinegar (355 ml)
- 1 cup sugar (237 ml)
- 1 (12-oz) can tomato paste
- 1 (15-oz) can tomato sauce
Instructions
- Chop tomatoes manually. Pulse peppers, onions, garlic in food processor.
- Combine all; sit overnight. Drain.
- Boil vinegar and sugar. Add tomato mix, tomato paste, and tomato sauce. Bring to boil.
- Pour into hot jars, seal.
