Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp shallots, chopped (14.8 ml)
  • 1 Tbsp garlic, chopped (14.8 ml)
  • 1 1/2 cups packed fresh basil leaves (355 ml)
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt (2.5 ml)
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp lime juice (37.0 ml)
  • 1/3 cup pine nuts (or pistachios or other nuts) (78.9 ml)
  • 3/4 cup olive oil (177 ml)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. \n2. Transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator.
