Caesar Salad Dressing

Ingredients
- Juice and pulp of 1 lemon
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4-5 anchovy filets
- 3/4 tsp kosher salt (3.7 ml)
- 1 Tbsp grainy mustard (14.8 ml)
- 1/2 cup virgin olive oil (118 ml)
Instructions
- Combine lemon juice and pulp, garlic, anchovies, and salt in a food processor and blend until smooth.\n2. Add the mixture and grainy mustard to olive oil in a shaker. Shake until creamy.
