Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 1/3 cup kosher salt
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup juniper berries
- 2 tbsp black peppercorns
- 4 bay leaves
Instructions
- Combine water, salt, sugar, juniper berries, peppercorns, and bay leaves in a pot and bring to a boil.
- Stir until sugar and salt dissolve.
- Remove from heat and let cool completely before using.
- Keeps in fridge up to 2 weeks.
