Ingredients
- 4 cups water (946 ml)
- 1/3 cup kosher salt (78.9 ml)
- 1/3 cup sugar (78.9 ml)
- 1/4 cup juniper berries (59.1 ml)
- 2 tbsp black peppercorns (29.6 ml)
- 4 bay leaves
Instructions
- Combine water, salt, sugar, juniper berries, peppercorns, and bay leaves in a pot and bring to a boil.
- Stir until sugar and salt dissolve.
- Remove from heat and let cool completely before using.
- Keeps in fridge up to 2 weeks.
