Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (355 ml)
- 3 1/2 tsp baking powder (17.3 ml)
- 1 tsp salt (4.9 ml)
- 1 tbsp sugar (14.8 ml)
- 1 1/4 cups milk (296 ml)
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp butter, melted (44.4 ml)
Instructions
- Sift flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar into a bowl.
- Make a well; add milk, egg, and melted butter. Mix until smooth.
- Heat lightly oiled griddle over medium-high heat.
- Pour about 1/4 cup batter per pancake; brown on both sides and serve hot.
- Serve with whipped cream, macadamia nuts, and fruit if desired.
