Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 cup packed brown sugar (237 ml)
  • 1 cup sugar (237 ml)
  • 2/3 cup softened butter (158 ml)
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 1/3 cups flour (552 ml)
  • 1 1/2 cups pumpkin (355 ml)
  • 1/2 cup water (118 ml)
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda (9.9 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (4.9 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon salt (4.9 ml)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cloves (2.5 ml)
  • 2 cups chocolate chips (473 ml)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix all ingredients together.
  3. Pour into 4 greased 6x3x2 loaf pans.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes.
