Crabmeat Ravigotte Dip

Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp minced parsley
- 2 tbsp capers, finely chopped (optional)
- 1 tbsp dry mustard (plus more to taste)
- 1 tbsp creamed horseradish (plus more to taste)
- 2 tbsp chopped pimento (optional)
- 1 hard-cooked egg, finely chopped
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 cups lump crab meat (or 1 lb can)
- Dash of Tabasco
Instructions
- Combine mayonnaise, parsley, capers, dry mustard, horseradish, pimento, chopped egg, and lemon juice.
- Fold in crab meat.
- Season with Tabasco and adjust mustard/horseradish to taste.
