Tuna Salad

Ingredients
- 4 (5 oz) cans tuna in water, drained
- 3 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 apple, chopped
- 1 cup red onion, chopped (237 ml)
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 3 tbsp sweet pickle relish (44.4 ml)
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise (177 ml)
- Spicy mustard (optional)
- 1 tsp kosher salt (4.9 ml)
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper (2.5 ml)
Instructions
- Break tuna into chunks in a bowl.
- Add celery, apple, onion, eggs, and relish; mix well.
- Add mayonnaise and mustard (if using), salt, and pepper; stir to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
- Serve with crackers, celery sticks, or in a sandwich.
