Pork Tenderloins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 4 Tbsp packed light brown sugar
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 pork tenderloins (about 1 pound each)

Instructions

  1. 1. In a bowl, whisk together orange juice, soy sauce, mustard, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger. \n2. Place tenderloins in a resealable plastic bag. Pour marinade over tenderloins. Seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight. \n3. Preheat the grill to medium heat. \n4. Remove tenderloins from the marinade and discard the marinade. Grill for 20 minutes, turning every 5 minutes, or until cooked through.
