Pork Tenderloins

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup orange juice (118 ml)
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce (14.8 ml)
- 1 tsp dry mustard (4.9 ml)
- 4 Tbsp packed light brown sugar (59.1 ml)
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tsp ground ginger (9.9 ml)
- 2 pork tenderloins (about 1 pound each)
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together orange juice, soy sauce, mustard, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger. \n2. Place tenderloins in a resealable plastic bag. Pour marinade over tenderloins. Seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight. \n3. Preheat the grill to medium heat. \n4. Remove tenderloins from the marinade and discard the marinade. Grill for 20 minutes, turning every 5 minutes, or until cooked through.
