Ingredients

- USDA Prime ground beef
- Brioche bun (dusted with chestnut flour)
- Condiments: tomato, onion, pickles, lettuce
- Handmade fries (optional)
Instructions
- Blend special sauce ingredients thoroughly.
- Form patties with USDA Prime beef and sear exterior; finish to medium-rare off high heat.
- Toast brioche bun (dusted with chestnut flour).
- Assemble burger with sauce and condiments.
- Serve with fries; sauce works well for them too.
