Ingredients

  • Ground beef 85/15 (Costco)
  • Sautéed onions in olive oil
  • Montreal seasoning
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Olive oil (for exterior)
  • Brioche bun

Instructions

  1. Sauté onions in olive oil.
  2. Season beef with Montreal seasoning and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Form and smash the patty.
  4. Oil the exterior lightly and cook to desired doneness.
  5. Serve on brioche bun with sautéed onions.
