Ingredients
- Perch fillets (thawed)
- 1 egg (whipped)
- Drake’s crispy mix
- Cooking oil (for frying)
- Tartar sauce
Instructions
- Thaw and dry the perch fillets.
- Dip in whipped egg, then coat in Drake’s crispy mix.
- Fry in hot oil until golden.
- Drain on rack (not towel).
- Serve with tartar sauce.
