Ingredients
- 1 lb ground buffalo (454 g)
- 1 lb ground beef (high-fat content) (454 g)
- 1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed of excess water
- 1 bunch fresh basil, chopped
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil (118 ml)
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese (118 ml)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together.\n2. Grill to rare doneness. Buffalo is lean and loses flavor if overcooked. \n3. Serve on a bed of arugula and/or bun with arugula.
