Ingredients

  • Slabs of pork ribs (2 1/4 to 2 1/2 pounds max; smaller ribs are better)
  • French's Mustard
  • BBQ rub (recommended: Smoking Guns brand)

Instructions

  1. Set temperature at 250°F. Total cooking time 5 1/2 to 6 1/2 hours.

  3. After 1 hour, turn ribs over. Make sure ribs are cooking evenly and rotate as necessary.
  4. After another hour, put apple cider spritz on both sides and return ribs to grill.
  5. After another 2 hours, put barbecue sauce on ribs with a basting brush; apply liberally. Return to BBQ.
