Ingredients

  • 45ml Croft pink port, or Ramos Pinto Porto Ruby (1 1/2 oz)
  • 22ml Siete Leguas añejo tequila, or a smoky tequila such as José Cuervo Tradicional (3/4 oz)
  • 22ml fresh grapefruit juice (3/4 oz)
  • 22ml fresh lemon juice (3/4 oz)
  • 15ml tarragon simple syrup (1/2 oz)
  • Ice, for shaking
  • Garnish: grapefruit wheel

Instructions

  1. Combine port, tequila, grapefruit juice, lemon juice, and tarragon simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake until well-chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass over fresh ice.
  4. Garnish with a grapefruit wheel.
