Ingredients
- 45ml Croft pink port, or Ramos Pinto Porto Ruby (1 1/2 oz)
- 22ml Siete Leguas añejo tequila, or a smoky tequila such as José Cuervo Tradicional (3/4 oz)
- 22ml fresh grapefruit juice (3/4 oz)
- 22ml fresh lemon juice (3/4 oz)
- 15ml tarragon simple syrup (1/2 oz)
- Ice, for shaking
- Garnish: grapefruit wheel
Instructions
- Combine port, tequila, grapefruit juice, lemon juice, and tarragon simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
- Shake until well-chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with a grapefruit wheel.
