Ingredients
- 50ml Cognac (1 3/4 oz)
- 20ml Cointreau (2/3 oz)
- 20ml freshly squeezed lemon juice (2/3 oz)
- Ice, for shaking
- Garnish: sugar rim (optional), orange twist
Instructions
- If using, rub a lemon wedge around the rim of a chilled coupe and dip in fine sugar.
- Combine Cognac, Cointreau, and lemon juice in a shaker with ice.
- Shake hard until well-chilled.
- Strain into the prepared coupe.
- Express an orange twist over the drink and drop it in.
