Piña Colada

Ingredients
- 50ml white rum (1 3/4 oz)
- 50ml fresh pineapple juice (1 3/4 oz)
- 30ml cream of coconut, such as Coco López (1 oz)
- A few drops of fresh lime juice (optional, to taste)
- 1 cup crushed ice (237 ml)
- Garnish: pineapple wedge and a brandied cherry
Instructions
- Combine rum, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and lime juice (if using) in a blender with crushed ice.
- Blend on high until smooth and slushy.
- Pour into a chilled hurricane or large wine glass.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a brandied cherry on a pick.
