Ingredients

  • 30ml gin (1 oz)
  • 30ml Giffard Abricot du Roussillon (1 oz)
  • 30ml Pimm's No. 1 (1 oz)
  • 30ml Fever-Tree tonic water (1 oz)
  • 22ml fresh lemon juice (3/4 oz)
  • 1 dash cherry bitters
  • Ice, for shaking

Instructions

  1. Combine gin, Giffard Abricot du Roussillon, Pimm's, lemon juice, and cherry bitters in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake until well-chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
  4. Top with Fever-Tree tonic.
