Ingredients
- 30ml gin (1 oz)
- 30ml Giffard Abricot du Roussillon (1 oz)
- 30ml Pimm's No. 1 (1 oz)
- 30ml Fever-Tree tonic water (1 oz)
- 22ml fresh lemon juice (3/4 oz)
- 1 dash cherry bitters
- Ice, for shaking
Instructions
- Combine gin, Giffard Abricot du Roussillon, Pimm's, lemon juice, and cherry bitters in a shaker with ice.
- Shake until well-chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
- Top with Fever-Tree tonic.
