Ingredients

  • 45ml rye whiskey (1 1/2 oz)
  • 22ml Scotch whisky (3/4 oz)
  • 15ml Grand Marnier (1/2 oz)
  • 1-2 dashes orange bitters
  • 1 large ice cube
  • Garnish: orange peel

Instructions

  1. Combine rye, Scotch, Grand Marnier, and orange bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Stir until well-chilled.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
  4. Express an orange peel over the drink, rub it around the rim, and drop it in.
