Ingredients

  • 30ml Campari (1 oz)
  • 30ml sweet red vermouth (1 oz)
  • 60ml chilled Prosecco (2 oz)
  • Ice
  • Garnish: orange peel

Instructions

  1. Fill a rocks or wine glass with ice.
  2. Add Campari and sweet vermouth.
  3. Top slowly with chilled Prosecco to preserve the bubbles.
  4. Stir once, very gently.
  5. Garnish with an expressed orange peel.
