Ingredients

  • 30ml gin (1 oz)
  • 30ml Campari (1 oz)
  • 30ml sweet red vermouth (1 oz)
  • Ice, for stirring
  • Garnish: half orange slice or orange peel

Instructions

  1. Pour gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth directly into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice.
  2. Stir gently for 10-15 seconds until well-chilled.
  3. Garnish with half an orange slice, or express an orange peel over the drink and drop it in.
