Ingredients

  • 60ml vodka (2 oz)
  • 15ml freshly squeezed lime juice (1/2 oz)
  • 120ml chilled ginger beer (4 oz)
  • Ice
  • Garnish: lime wedge and mint sprig (optional)

Instructions

  1. Fill a copper mug (or highball glass) with ice.
  2. Add vodka and lime juice.
  3. Top with chilled ginger beer.
  4. Stir gently to combine without killing the carbonation.
  5. Garnish with a lime wedge and, if you like, a mint sprig.
