Ingredients

  • 75ml chilled Champagne, Cava, or dry Prosecco (2 1/2 oz)
  • 75ml freshly squeezed orange juice, chilled (2 1/2 oz)
  • 15ml Grand Marnier or Cointreau (1/2 oz, optional)
  • Garnish: orange twist (optional)

Instructions

  1. Chill a Champagne flute.
  2. Pour the sparkling wine into the flute first.
  3. Top with fresh orange juice in equal parts.
  4. If using, gently stir in Grand Marnier or Cointreau.
  5. Garnish with an orange twist.
