Ingredients
- 75ml chilled Champagne, Cava, or dry Prosecco (2 1/2 oz)
- 75ml freshly squeezed orange juice, chilled (2 1/2 oz)
- 15ml Grand Marnier or Cointreau (1/2 oz, optional)
- Garnish: orange twist (optional)
Instructions
- Chill a Champagne flute.
- Pour the sparkling wine into the flute first.
- Top with fresh orange juice in equal parts.
- If using, gently stir in Grand Marnier or Cointreau.
- Garnish with an orange twist.
