Ingredients

  • 60ml Bulleit Bourbon (2 oz)
  • 30ml Dolin sweet vermouth, chilled (1 oz)
  • 10ml Cynar (1/3 oz)
  • 2 drops Angostura bitters
  • Ice, for stirring
  • Garnish: Luxardo cherry with a spoon of the syrup

Instructions

  1. Combine bourbon, vermouth, Cynar, and bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Stir until well-chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
  4. Drop in a Luxardo cherry with a spoon of its syrup.
