- 30ml gin (1 oz)
- 15ml Suze (1/2 oz)
- 30ml Giffard Abricot du Roussillon (1 oz)
- 30ml fresh lemon juice (1 oz)
- 2 dashes lavender bitters
- 30ml Fever-Tree tonic water (1 oz)
- Ice, for shaking
Instructions
- Combine gin, Suze, Giffard Abricot du Roussillon, lemon juice, and lavender bitters in a shaker with ice.
- Shake until well-chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
- Top with Fever-Tree tonic.
