Ingredients

  • 30ml gin (1 oz)
  • 15ml Suze (1/2 oz)
  • 30ml Giffard Abricot du Roussillon (1 oz)
  • 30ml fresh lemon juice (1 oz)
  • 2 dashes lavender bitters
  • 30ml Fever-Tree tonic water (1 oz)
  • Ice, for shaking

Instructions

  1. Combine gin, Suze, Giffard Abricot du Roussillon, lemon juice, and lavender bitters in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake until well-chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
  4. Top with Fever-Tree tonic.
