Limoncello Spritz

Ingredients

  • Limoncello (Maison)
  • Prosecco
  • Tonic water
  • Lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Build over ice following a 3-2-1 ratio: 3 parts Prosecco, 2 parts limoncello, 1 part tonic water (e.g. 3 oz Prosecco, 2 oz limoncello, 1 oz tonic). Garnish with lemon zest.
Source specified tonic water; the canonical Limoncello Spritz uses club soda/sparkling water instead of tonic (tonic adds quinine and sweetness). Proportions filled to the standard 3-2-1 spritz ratio.
