Ingredients

  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 45ml Kahlúa (1 1/2 oz)
  • 45ml Myers's Original Dark rum (1 1/2 oz)
  • A couple of ice cubes
  • Chocolate syrup, for drizzling the glass

Instructions

  1. Add ice cream, Kahlúa, dark rum, and a couple of ice cubes to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and pourable.
  3. Drizzle chocolate syrup inside a chilled rocks or hurricane glass.
  4. Pour the blended cocktail into the glass.
