Curious Jackalope

Ingredients

  • 2 shots Rumshanbo Irish Gin
  • 1 shot lime juice
  • 1 shot grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 shot simple syrup
  • Mint leaves and grapefruit wedge, to garnish

Instructions

  1. Makes 2 drinks. Shake gin, lime juice, grapefruit juice and simple syrup with ice and pour. Wring out two mint leaves over each glass and drop them in. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
