Ingredients

  • Absinthe, to rinse the glass
  • 22ml Plymouth gin (3/4 oz)
  • 22ml Cointreau (3/4 oz)
  • 22ml Lillet Blanc (3/4 oz)
  • 22ml fresh lemon juice (3/4 oz)
  • Ice, for shaking
  • Garnish: orange twist (optional)

Instructions

  1. Rinse a chilled coupe with absinthe, discarding any excess.
  2. Combine gin, Cointreau, Lillet Blanc, and lemon juice in a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake until well-chilled.
  4. Strain into the absinthe-rinsed coupe.
  5. Express an orange twist over the drink.
