Aperol Spritz

Ingredients

  • 90ml chilled Prosecco D.O.C. (3 oz)
  • 60ml Aperol (2 oz)
  • 30ml soda water (1 oz)
  • Ice, plenty
  • Garnish: orange slice

Instructions

  1. Fill a large wine glass generously with ice.
  2. Pour in the Prosecco first (this preserves the carbonation).
  3. Add the Aperol.
  4. Top with soda water.
  5. Stir gently once.
  6. Garnish with a fresh orange slice.
