Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups pumpkin purée
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 3 large eggs, beaten
- 1 (6-ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). \n2. In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin, sugar, ginger, nutmeg, milk, salt, cinnamon, cloves, eggs, and evaporated milk.\n3. Pour filling into pie crust. \n4. Bake for 1 hour, or until filling is set.
