Mango-Habanero Aioli

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks (237 ml)
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice (29.6 ml)
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar (4.9 ml)
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika (4.9 ml)
  • 1 tsp curry powder (4.9 ml)
  • 1 tsp smoked salt (such as hickory) (4.9 ml)
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (2.5 ml)
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper (2.5 ml)
  • 1 small habanero chili, seeded and finely chopped (about 1/4 tsp)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (237 ml)

Instructions

  1. Combine mango chunks, lime juice, sugar, paprika, curry powder, smoked salt, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and habanero in a food processor. Process until smooth, about 1 minute.\n2. Stir together mango mixture and mayonnaise in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
