Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary leaves (29.6 ml)
  • 2 Tbsp fresh thyme leaves (29.6 ml)
  • 1 Tbsp fresh oregano leaves (14.8 ml)
  • 6 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 cup salt (237 ml)

Instructions

  1. Chop herbs and garlic separately. Combine with salt in a bowl.\n2. Spread the mixture on a large cutting board. Chop finely with a sharp knife until uniformly combined.\n3. Spread on a baking sheet and let dry for 24 hours.\n4. Store in a glass jar.
